My name is Jeff Combs and I have over 32 years of experience in leadership coaching, organizational transformation, and strategic planning to get breakthrough results.  My passion is to model and teach servant leadership to bring unity of effort to teams and entire organizations. From CEO’s to front line supervisors, from 4-star Generals to 1st Sergeants, from Hospital Presidents to Charge Nurses, I have coached them all to achieve results never thought possible. You also don’t have to have a title to be a leader and you don’t need a college degree to be an outstanding leader.  Let me show you what’s possible to accomplish when leaders tap into the heads, hands, and hearts of their amazing, creative people.

My Story

My areas of expertise include discrete and continuous manufacturing, supply chain management, military command & operations, healthcare, logistics and industrial engineering disciplines. I was trained by the Shingijutsu consulting group, the originators of the Toyota Production System. I have personally facilitated over 600 team improvement events at every level of organizations. I have led the transformation of traditional manufacturing organizations (both union and non-union), healthcare delivery, military command organizations, and supply chain operations, as well as facilitated team-based integration of continuous improvement across multiple sites.

I have coached organizational transformation for many large manufacturing organizations including the US Army Depots, US Army Sustainment Command, Parker Hannifin Aerospace, Sealy Mattress, ICI Paints, Fleetwood Motor Homes, HON Industries, and Milliken & Co. I have been a transformation coach to many large healthcare organizations including Inland Empire Health Plan in Southern California, Aetna Insurance in Hartford, Scripps Health in San Diego, Presence Health in Chicago, and Atrius Health in Boston. He also coached the development & execution of lean transformation for Air Combat Command (ACC) – one of the largest major commands (MAJCOM) of the Air Force (over 115,000 people).  I was a personal coach to 5 General Officers and their command staffs.
